If your Local Doctor has placed you on a enhanced primary health care plan, there is a good chance that you will qualify to receive Podiatry care and get a 96% rebate back from Medicare!
Patients on a enhanced primary health care plan can receive up to a total of 5 Allied Health treatments per year.
Criteria for being placed on a EPC plan is that you have a chronic health condition. It should be said that it is up to your local doctor to decide if you need to be on a plan, and your local doctors decision whether he would like to refer you under this plan.

In a foot health check we cover the basics, sensory tests, doppler, lesion check, educating regarding correct toenail cutting method and cut your nails if they need. Sensory testing is an effective tool in making sure your feet are in great shape!
